There are two option available upload videos by mobile device
First option if you are using Android device than click on Youtube app and sign in youtube touch the upload icon on the screen than select the video you want upload on youtube fill the title , tags , and description chose the privacy and Finsh.
If you are using iOS device like iPhone , iPad and iPod than click on youtube app and Sign in than touch on upload icon on the screen and fill the title , tags , and description chose the privacy and Finsh.
